1.       We do our best to deliver your order within your preferred time but cannot guarantee of exact timing. Normally we try to process our orders overlooking the time specified by customers. Some Gift items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, Apparels etc are essentially delivered through courier and are dispatched from our end well on time. We are responsible for delay in dispatch from our warehouse and will not be responsible for delay at the logistic partners end.

2.       Fresh Baked Cakes are available only after 10.30 am from bakeries. Thus fresh baked Cakes can only be delivered after that time. In exceptional cases you may request to keep the Cake prior day in refrigerator & deliver next morning. But we don't advise this.

3.       In case no delivery date is mentioned in the order; it is assumed to be for same day delivery and order shall be processed and dispatched within 24 hrs.

4.       Orders including Midnight Orders received after 4 PM IST shall normally be processed as next day orders. But we shall try our best to deliver it on same day. A phone call after placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.

5.       The price quoted at our website is for FREE delivery within city limits. For any delivery out of city limits and to villages etc, we will send a link for you to pay extra delivery charge, if required. Your order will be on hold until we receive any intimation from your end within 5 days- else we will cancel your order and refund the amount and inform about the same to you through email.

6.       If ordered flowers/cake/sweets are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers/cake/sweets of equal value according to our substitution policy.

7.       In case of flowers, cakes, sweets (all being perishable items) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery. 

8.       Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city or town. Holidays may extend it further. However, in all metropolitan cities we deliver on the same day, within one business day in all major cities & town, within two - three business days in all other places.

9.       In case a customer wants to cancel an order he needs to do it at least 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses. Any alteration in order has to be intimated to us 1 day in advance of the date of delivery between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

10.   On some unavoidable circumstances like Floods, Heavy Rains/ Bandh / Strike or any other such reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to an earlier or later date.

11.   For hand delivery of perishable items like Flowers or Cakes, we call up the recipient to take an appointment for delivery time or on some exceptional case, may ask for some specific landmarks or location for delivery of products. In case, the recipient or any of his representatives is not available to collect the order at the time of delivery, we may assume it to be delivered. Also, for instance, due to some personal reason the recipient denies to accept the delivery, we shall assume the order to be delivered and no refund shall be processed for the same. For any order, if problem arise due to the fault of the user e.g. wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be made.

12.   In case of any complaint against the quality of product we shall redeliver the product subject to satisfaction of recipient. But all such claim should be raised within 48 Hours along with the image of the product delivered. Refund can only be made depending on nature of complaint and any decision to refund is sole prerogative of the owner of the website.

13.   All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Siliguri Court only in India.

14.   Right of Refusal:-The owner of the site “” retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally. In such case the amount paid by the customer will be refunded back in full.

15.   Prices of items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. The distribution could not be shown separately due to technical restrictions and are taken to be understood.

16.   Champagnes and Wines mentioned on our website are non alcoholic.

17.   The trademarks / logos displayed on the products sold by our website are the belongings of respective owners or companies.

18.   Respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. You can lodge complaints on them through us, if the quality is not found up to the mark.

19.   In case for a served (processed/delivered) order against which we have not received the money, due to any reason what so ever it is, the Customer & the Recipient shall be equally liable to compensate for the sum due. In case both the Customer & the Recipient refuses to pay us, we shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the sum due. Octroi charges, if any, will be borne by the consignee as it might be applicable in the state of the recipient.

20.   Under no circumstances, our merchant HDFC Bank will be responsible for any loss or damage occurring directly or indirectly for the reason of declining of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring Bank from time to time.

21.   For any international orders, if any charges such as duties or taxes are levied by the custom department of the country of the recipient, it will be borne by the customer and we shall not be responsible for the same.

22.   We ensure to dispatch all consignments as per your order norms, but we shall not be liable for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at you end.

23.   Delivery of Rakhi orders will be done at earliest, though the customer has chosen the date of delivery.

24.   Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money. But we shall not be responsible for any other charges such as loss or profits, emotional stress etc. arising because of non-delivery.

25.   POD signed at the reception or by security personnel at Hostel, Hotel and Hospital address will be a valid proof of delivery made. We always try to get the sign of the mentioned recipient but due to certain unavoidable and uncontrollable reasons at these places, we cannot guarantee it. We try to get in touch with the recipient, if the delivery boy is stopped at the premise gate of any of these locations. But for any reason the phone goes unanswered we consider it as an attempted delivery.

26.   No refund can be made if the recipient has denied accepting the delivery of the order.

27.   "By accepting our T&C, you also accept to receive all our communication matters, notification, newsletters, promotional matters etc. through various media channels". However, we ensure that under no circumstances we give any customer data to any agency outside the group.
